Nancy graduated from Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in business & marketing. She graduated during a very difficult job market and careers with growth potential were limited. In 2008, Nancy moved to Florida where she discovered the Insurance & Finance industry. She has now been with ASB Financial since 2009 and loves being able to provide support to all the offices in the region.

Nancy is very passionate about the solutions offered by ASB Financial, especially when it comes to Post-Hospital Care. Her grandmother was in a nursing home for over 14 years, and she witnessed the struggles that many must face – emotionally, physically, and financially. This personal experience drives Nancy’s conviction in helping others.

Ray Espada loves serving others in and out of his community. As a coach, he has helped underprivileged players reach goals and build confidence. As a family man, with his wife of 13 years, he has raised two children who are outstanding students and 5 dogs who are rescues.

Ray got into the insurance industry in 2015 to serve others. He started as a telemarketer and is now a training manager for new agents. Ray believes in building relationships with his clients that go above and beyond his services. He knows the importance of protecting clients and leaving their homes better than before he arrived.

Bill is a hard working father who has been helping seniors with their retirement for over a decade. He specializes in income planning, long term care protection, and medicare enrollment. He is responsible for the training of a new generation of insurance agents, guiding them toward long professional careers as well as seminars to teach local retirees about insurance.

Bill is a graduate of the Citadel, amateur bodybuilder, and proud husband. He was born and raised in Florida. He’s an active member of Business Networking International and has served as Secretary Treasurer, giving him and his clients access to top professionals in a number of fields, including banking, construction, and finance.

Racheal Decker, originally from Detroit Michigan, I relocated to Mt. Dora area, Florida in 1994 with her family. She is a graduate of Leesburg High C/O 1999. She started in the insurance industry in 2013, where she developed her skills into a full comprehensive retirement specialist.  Racheal has 2 grown children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and playing with her dogs, spending time at the beach, fishing or cooking.
