Jeff has been in the insurance industry since 1984 right here in Ocala, FL where he was born. In his career he has achieved his company’s New Agent of the Year award in 1984, and National Agent of the Year Award in 1996. He has received many Industry awards as well including National Quality Award, National Sales Achievement Award, Health Insurance Quality Award, Million Dollar Round Table and the prestigious Top of the Table Award for Life Insurance Sales worldwide. In 1999, he started his own Estate and Retirement Planning firm in The Villages, FL. It was very successful, and he retired the first time in 2010 at which time he moved to Costa Rica. It was there he met and married his beautiful wife, Vanessa.

In 2017, he was asked to come back to the industry that he loved and run the Life Division for American Senior Benefits in the Home Office. He worked and stayed there until May of 2020 when he decided to come back to the career that he really enjoyed, helping and influencing agents to successful careers. He decided to work in his home State of Florida, as he and Frank DeJiulio have known each other since 1986. Jeff is working out of the Ocala Office and is also tasked with helping the Life and Annuity Sales grow for the Florida Region. Jeff is married to his wife Vanessa and has 5 wonderful kids living here in the area.

Emily was born in Wichita, Kansas, but she has called Ocala, Florida home for the past 33 years. What she loves most about growing up in Ocala is the small-town feel and the joy of running into people from her childhood.

Emily has been married to her husband since 2016, and together, they have a blended family with three teenage boys and three dogs. Their boys are very active, and her family keeps her motivated to succeed so she can keep their growing boys fed. Her genuine passion is helping kids in the community who are less fortunate. In her free time, she enjoys watching her kids compete in their wrestling tournaments on the weekends.

What excites Emily the most about her business is that there is always someone who needs help. She is a fixer by nature, so this is the perfect career for her. With a background in banking and parents who were in the insurance industry, it felt like a natural fit. She’s always enjoyed sales and helping people, and this industry allows her to combine both passions seamlessly. Emily’s clients would say that they know she truly cares about them and that she is always willing and able to help solve whatever questions they have.

Zach began his professional career in real estate, spending six years helping investors build and manage profitable rental portfolios. This experience gave him a deep understanding of asset management, financial planning, and long-term wealth preservation. Recognizing that financial security extends beyond real estate, he transitioned into the financial services industry to help individuals and families secure their retirement.

Zach has a strong family background in insurance. His mother was a top performing agent, and his sister Emily is a veteran in the business.  Zach has seen firsthand the power of strategic financial planning, and as a Retirement Consultant at ASB Financial, his mission is to create personalized financial roadmaps that provide stability, growth, and peace of mind. Zach was born and raised in Ocala, Florida, and takes great pride in serving his community.  As a husband and father of two daughters, He understand the importance of building a secure future and brings that same commitment to the clients he serves every day.
