Scott has been in the financial services industry since 1995 and currently holds the Florida 215 Life and Health license along with the Series 7 and 63 Securities license. He grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to the Tampa area shortly after graduating from college with a Criminal Justice degree.  His career as a sales agent evolved into a trainer, manager, and leader of multiple sales locations across the east coast. His passion is in growing and developing others as they achieve their personal and professional goals. However, Scott’s greatest achievement is being a husband for over 30 years, a father of two successful women, and a grandfather to a very special young lady.

Dustin A. Sharples is a seasoned business leader with a decade of award-winning experience in insurance, sales, marketing, and business management. A true St. Petersburg, Florida native, he is a proud graduate of St. Petersburg College and is deeply rooted in his community.

As a District Manager, Dustin has built a reputation for recruiting top talent and developing high-performance teams known for achieving exceptional production results. His expertise is backed by a strong professional foundation, holding insurance and securities licenses as a Financial Representative, along with a Long-Term Care certification.

Beyond the office, Dustin’s world revolves around his family. He shares his life with his beautiful wife, Diana, their four daughters—Kaelyn, Lilianna, Catalina, and Miabella—and their two loyal German Shepherds. When he’s not working, he cherishes family vacations to new destinations and enjoys the peaceful focus of a day spent fishing.

Amber was born in Ohio but spent much of her youth in Florida. She is a doting mother to her 3 young boys. Amber earned her degree from the University of South Florida with a major in psychology. She knew from a young age that her heart belonged to the service of others. Her desire to help others led her to the non-profit sector as well as many volunteers’ efforts within the community.

It was her love of others that brought her to ASB where she specializes in assisting retirees on financial security, income planning, using tax advantageous programs to help those she works with and Medicare. Amber also trains and develops those in her office to do the same. Amber is passionate about relieving the worries of her clients and guiding them through the next phase.
