Joao Martins is a dedicated District Manager leading offices in Lakeland and Gulf Breeze, Florida. Born in Brazil, Joao moved to the U.S. at age nine, bringing his love for family and hard work with him. He earned a finance degree from the University of South Florida and uses his skills to help businesses grow. Joao married his better half, Samantha, and together they have four energetic kids: Elikai, Alara, Opal, and Emmylou. When he’s not working, Joao loves exploring Florida with his family, listening to podcasts, or diving into audiobooks about AI and new tech. (Fun fact: He’s always learning something new—ask him for a podcast recommendation!)

Joao’s passion for protecting families started when his grandmother faced a sudden stroke. Seeing her struggle taught him how important it is to plan ahead, and support loved ones. This experience fuels his work every day—he believes in using his finance knowledge to help others feel secure. Before joining our team, Joao ran his own businesses, giving him a creative edge in solving problems. For Joao, success isn’t just about numbers; it’s about making sure families have the tools to thrive. Whether he’s coaching his team or cheering on his kids, Joao brings heart, hustle, and a little Brazilian flair to everything he does!

Charles is honored to be married to his wife and share our family. Six adult children (4 of his and 2 of hers), five beautiful grandchildren (4 granddaughters and 1 grandson…so far).

Charles has been serving Florida Seniors since 2017. His strong focus on service has been worn as a badge of honor in his heart. As a result, he’s been recognized as one of the Top 3 leaders in the Country in his field. His background in training and leading has encouraged those around him to also focus on his mantra of helping people save, protect and grow their moneys. He can be trusted to make sure families are cared about for generations as his legacy of honor, service and integrity grows.
